Uncomfortable place

As you know, I started working at another office but I am feeling really bad.
I was surprised that new peers don't support me. They think about thierselves.
It's a given that we should support each other.
I just start taking charge of new job without takeover and it's an important company so I feel big pressures. I don't know how to do it but they just do thir work and it finished, they go home soon. I can't believe their acting and I wonder if I can keep working here.
I just endure this or drop this?
