Retirement

Today, I read an article about retirement.
Many company force us to retire when we hit 60 years old.
It makes us happy or stressed...each person feel something about retirement.
One thinks the secound life will start and another think what did you do for my company?
This auther say that a retirement policy is lazy human source practice.
The retirement is important for yourger manager to move through the ranks.
However, it's kind of a way of avoiding different conversations.
I completely agree!! Money is important for living but working is not for only money. People loves their company,so we could keep working in same company for 40 years. They have great experiences in years. We should learn many things from them.
Since I work, I think experience is all sometimes.
So, Retirement practice needs change. How they can keep staying in company?

Maya's today 10/23

Today, New face came to my company. She sits in front of me. She is 1 year younger than me. Recently, I am really resposive to human relationship. Because lately, I can't understand one of my best friends. She lives near my house and we used to spend time. I have't met her for a long time. I met her recently, and she has changed. Her personality and her friendship is for getting a boyfriend. Now, I don't have boyfriend but I can focus on studying English and enjoy with my friends.
That's why I watch people very well. I don't have phobia about people. I am just careful about people.

Today, I rent an album from my friend. Do you know "Kobukuro" that is contist of 2 people, famous and great singers. Their soungs are about life, love and so on.
I heard one of thier love songs. It reminds me of my ex-boyfriend who were during high school students. We had been together for 2 years. Actually, It's regretable to me that I broke up with him. I should have had to try to do my best and I should have heard what he thought. I focused only myself. I knew he loved me too much but I couldn't answer.
Recetly he got a job as a nurse. He is getting forward to his next stage now.
I hope he enjoys his work.
