Today, I read an article about retirement.
Many company force us to retire when we hit 60 years old.
It makes us happy or stressed...each person feel something about retirement.
One thinks the secound life will start and another think what did you do for my company?
This auther say that a retirement policy is lazy human source practice.
The retirement is important for yourger manager to move through the ranks.
However, it's kind of a way of avoiding different conversations.
I completely agree!! Money is important for living but working is not for only money. People loves their company,so we could keep working in same company for 40 years. They have great experiences in years. We should learn many things from them.
Since I work, I think experience is all sometimes.
So, Retirement practice needs change. How they can keep staying in company?
